01. WHY IT EXISTS
Garland County publishes an inmate roster, but the official interface is hard for humans to use. Spa City Mugs republishes the same public data in a format that is easier to read and navigate. That is the whole idea.
02. HOW IT WORKS
An automated program does the work of watching for new arrests. It publishes the 80 most recent bookings and keeps a detail page for every booking it has recorded. It finds arrests even when people are quickly booked & released.
